The major challenge
facing the Human Resources Department of most organizations is recruitment of
talented people. Finding staff with the correct blend of skills, personality
and motivation is difficult, even when the pool of available candidates is
relatively large. Since this business is a traditional one, attracting suitable
employees for the lower ranking positions is a very big problem. Whether
recruitment is handled solely by the internal HR department, or with the
assistance of a third party, in general the recruitment process is managed
centrally. Even though, there are dozens of applications, the details of each
are recorded for review and comparison.HR software platform allows for storage
of applications, CVs and contact details for easy analysis and comparison. (Sage

Strategies to avoid key issues in Recruitment

Most of the
manufacturing organizations recruit employees as Permanent employees and
Non-permanent employees. Within permanent employees’ classification there are
three categories as management category, non-management category and employees
on temporary basis. When recruit people for permanent basis non-management
category is the issue for the company. Posts of the Production Assistant,
Supervisory, Clerical and Allied and General Worker (Skilled) The company has
to increase the strategies of recruitment process of this category.

able to create working environment as attractive and calm when they feel tired
they will normalize with the nature.
Suggestions for improvement Recruitment Process
of the organization
When the Company faces
a lack of skilled workforce and anticipates this will be a challenge in future.
Therefore, the Company is focused on automating its systems and processes. Finally,
labor staff is more skilled oriented, hence fear of losing such force with the
availability of lucrative jobs elsewhere with more recognition /prestige that
look to maintain their social standard. When a vacancy arises or a new position
is created the most “Culture- Fit” and “Job–Fit” person, with required
attitude, Skills and Knowledge need to be selected, so that the person will,
a) Give efficient service and thereby
contribute to organizational effectiveness and,
b) Obtain satisfaction
in the performance of his job and thereby enhance his personal growth.

The proper person for the job There would be a lot of information available online, but I would explain it in my own terms. A terrible hire occurs when a recruiter chooses an unspecified candidate or when HR fails to properly appraise the job. It costs an organization directly in salary and benefits, but blunders and cultural concerns raised by that individual are an indirect cost. We must first better identify the gap for the new post, and then build a better match for that position.
